We scheduled Vanguard Home Services to do a home inspection prior to purchasing a very old, very large home. Joe showed up right on time and hit the ground running. He had over 3000 ft.², a full basement, a large outbuilding, and a pool area to inspect with most structures built prior to 1900. He was incredibly thorough, personable and informative, answering every question in the same manner. The report was received the next day and I feel 100% prepared to move forward. His knowledge and speed were top notch. Would HIGHLY recommend!

Joe is very professional, thorough, and explained everything to us. I appreciated the fact that he was available for a home inspection only days later because as you know, in home buying, there is a lot of "hurry up and wait" timing and the other inspectors I called did not get back to me in time. He also offers services that other inspectors did not even mention to me, like thermal imaging reports and he has the capability to use a drone to look at the roof if the property does not have access. When I buy another property, I will depend on Vanguard Home Services!
